Data (Use and Access) Act 2025

With the Data (Use and Access) Act largely coming into force, nearly eight months after becoming law, we wanted to assure our partners that the WASPI framework is committed to ensure that it remains up to date with changes to legislation and meets the needs of stakeholders.

The WASPI Service have commenced a review of the framework (including the templates, guidance and the Accord) to ensure it reflects any legislative change.
