First registered social landlord to join a regional WASPI QA group

In a significant step, following the successful WASPI partnership event held in Wrexham, marking an important development in partner engagement with the WASPI framework in the North Wales region, Adra, North Wales's largest registered social landlord, has joined the regional WASPI Quality Assurance Group.

Adra is the first registered social landlord in Wales to join a WASPI QA group, marking another landmark moment in WASPI story, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.

The Quality Assurance Groups are an integral part of the WASPI framework, playing a crucial role in promoting the lawful and effective sharing of personal information. Their work is essential in ensuring robust information-sharing agreements and fostering improved collaboration among partners.

It is encouraging to see organisations like ADRA join the QA groups, bringing their valuable experience and expertise to the table. Dave Parsons, WASPI Code Manager, commented on this positive development, stating, "it's great to see the membership of the regional QA Groups broaden as this can only result in better information sharing, improved collaboration and better person-centred services throughout Wales."
